Questions that often arise in our society nowadays is the existence of a few people who don't understand the in truth a question of heretics.
They assume all any matter not performed by Prophet Muhammad PEACE BE UPON HIM and the companions are all heretics.
Exists in the community stating that such practices after the body is buried, 1927 read tahlil, read Yasin on Friday night, berwirid prayer after the fard prayer, reading the word usalli or pronounced intention before takbir, the response was why the Prophet and so is the practice of the heretics that are not accepted in the presence of God.
Senior Lecturer, Faculty of modern languages and communication, Universiti Putra Malaysia, Dr. Mohd. Sukki Othman explained, such beliefs are beliefs that are not true.
He said, deemed heretics is actually is a matter that scholars argue khilafiah views against him.
According to Islamic term, qualms heretics is an Act relating to the problem of religion (to reach out to God) that no previous example from the Prophet PEACE BE UPON HIM, was not told by the Prophet to do it, nor is it agreed and not acknowledged by the Prophet PEACE BE UPON HIM and has not been done by his companions (Jum'at Amin Abdul Aziz. 1991. Fahmul Islam fi Zilal Usul al-' Isyrin lil Imam Hasan al-Banna. Alexandria: Dar al-Da'wah. PG 195)
The heretics also defined as creating an act or Word that does not come the consent of Islamic law in the Qur'an, sunnah, ijma and qias or not included in the General methods and basic teachings of Islam (Al-Sa'di, Abdul Malik Abdul Rahman, 2008. Al-Bid'ah fi al-Mafhum al-Islamiy al-Daqiq. Jordan: Matba'ah al-Azhar University, PG. 8)
"Therefore, the heretics is contrary to the sunnah sunnah as the indicator. Whereas the heretics is done without track Revelation (al-Quran) or the sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH) and the consensus of scholars, "he said.
Therefore, in the event of a thing or the exercise of, must be seen whether the practice is in the Qur'an, sunnah, ijma or Qias.
If not available, he shall be seen in turn whether such practices meet public methods of Islamic teachings or not. If such practices are included in the public methods of Islam, then it is not called the heretics.
If on the other hand, that practice is clearly contrary to the teachings of Islam, which they considered heretics.
The question, does every practice or worship, not done by the Prophet directly considered heretics?
Mohd. Sukki said, something has to be understood also in the question of the heretics is worship performed by the Prophet (PBUH) can be divided into two, namely:
1. The practice of the Prophet (reserved) associated with time, place, certain number of number of cycles, and others such as prayer, prayer, fasting day pilgrimage way, etc.
Such practices should be implemented without adding or reducing rates has been set.
If deliberately increase the number of raka'at Maghrib for example of three cycles to four cycles, be it the alleged practices as heretics.
2. As for the practice of the Prophet or what comes from the Prophet in the form of instruction, encouragement, wills and the like which are not linked (dedicated) with specific hours to do it nor any prohibition Prophet against certain hours to do this, therefore Muslims are free to choose the time favored by it to implement such practices.
Conditions, according to Mohd. Sukki, do not back up to the Prophet by saying that the Prophet enjoins the practice at the time to do that do that.
"Even the practices can be done on the basis that it was a policy included in the teachings of Islam," he explained.
