وَعَنْ كَعْبٍ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ – رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ – ، عَنْ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ – صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ – ، قَالَ :(( مُعَقِّباتٌ لاَ يَخِيبُ قَائِلُهُنَّ – أَوْ فَاعِلُهُنَّ – دُبُرَ كُلِّ صَلاَةٍ مَكْتُوبَةٍ: ثَلاثٌ وَثَلاثونَ تَسْبِيحَةً. وَثَلاثٌ وثَلاَثونَ تَحْمِيدَةً ، وَأرْبَعٌ وَثَلاَثونَ تَكْبِيرَةً )) . رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ
From Kab bin ' Ujrah Radi ' anhu, the Messenger of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam said, "there are some sentences that followers will not harm people who pronounce it — or do it — at the end of each prayer is obligatory (i.e.), thirty-three times tasbih, tahmid thirty-three times, and thirty-four times out loud. Explanation:
1-Readings subhanallah, thank God, Allahu Akbar and included in al-baqiyaat Al-shalihaat (the eternal practice) as mentioned in surat Al-verse 46 Cave. Allaah says,
الْمَالُ وَالْبَنُونَ زِينَةُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَالْبَاقِيَاتُ الصَّالِحَاتُ خَيْرٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّكَ ثَوَابًا وَخَيْرٌ أَمَلًا
"Wealth and children are the jewelry world life but eternal practices again Salih is a better reward in the side and Perhaps it is better to be hope." (QS. Al-Cave: 46)
' ' ATA ' Ibn Abi Sa'id Ibn Jubayr and Rabbah says that Ibn ' Abbas that meant al-baqiyaat Al-shalihaat was reading:
سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَالْحَمْدُ للهِ، وَلاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ الله، وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ
"Subhanallah wal laa ilaha illallah wa instead of Allaah akbar." (Narrated by al-Tabari, with Ath-hasan isnaad)

كُلُّ عَمَلٍ صَالِحٍ مِنْ قَوْلٍ أَوْ فِعْلٍ يَبْقَى لِلآخِرَةِ

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ – رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ – ، قَالَ : كَانَ النبيُّ – صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ – إِذَا صَلَّى الفَجْرَ تَرَبَّعَ في مَجْلِسِهِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ حَسْنَاء . حَدِيْثٌ صَحِيْحٌ ، رَوَاهُ أَبُوْ دَاوُدَ وَغَيْرُهُ بِأَسَانِيْدَ صَحِيْحَةٍ
From Jabir Ibn Samurah Radi ' that ', he said, "the Prophet sallallaahu ' alaihi wa sallam that when prayer Shubuh have done, he sat cross-legged in his seat until the Sunrise that beautiful white light." Avail the hadeeth:

Abu Umamah Radi ' anhu, the Messenger of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam said, "whoever does not pray in congregation with the mosque Shubuh, then she still dwells in the mosque until the sunnah of praying Duha (subhah adh-Duha),, then He is like a reward people who make Hajj or berumroh. " (Narrated by Al-Tabaraani in Al-Mu'jam Al-Kabeer, 8:174, 181, 209. Shaykh Al-albaani in Saheeh Al-targheeb wa-Tarhib, 1:189 said that this Hadith hasan).

Of Anas Ibn Malik Radi ' anhu, the Messenger of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam said, "whoever praying praying in congregation and then she sat while Dhikr in God until Sunrise, then he was praying two raka'at, he as gained the reward of Hajj and ' umrah. " He said, "the reward of a perfect, flawless and perfect." (Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, no. 586. Shaykh Muhammad Bazmul stated that this Hadith hasan lighairihi hasan, seen from the other lines)
